3. The boy’s problem is that he is a nonconformist and everyone else is not.
4. The boy starts to lose his happiness and starts to become gray after some time.
5. His father finally realizes that he does not want his son to live a “gray” life like him and that he wants his son to be happy.

7. The moral of the story is to not let the rigors of life take away your happiness.
